Dal mese di Febbraio stanno circolando nuove varianti del malware denominato "About:Blank". La caratteristica principale di questo malware è quella di modificare la pagina iniziale di Internet Explorer impostandola ad about:blank e visualizzando una pagina di "Search".

E' un database gestito dalla TG Soft relativo alle applicazioni e programmi malware (virus, trojan, backdoor, bho) che si mettono in esecuzione automatica all'avvio di Windows.

E' un ottimo strumento da utilizzare con il sistema di intrusion detection  VirIT eXplorer Lite.

Da Windows Startup Application - Malware si possono ricercare i programmi sospetti inserendo il nome del file oppure il valore di Startup (nel caso delle DLL basta inserire il relativo CLSID ).
