Since 2016 Vir.IT eXplorer PRO has been ICSALabs certified (below you can see the news 764). This certification has been achieved as a guarantee of a quality product, which TG Soft is committed to providing to its clients, always up-to-date and with high detection standards.
Anti-Malware certification tests are designed for products that detect self - replicating computer malware before the computer is infected. The criteria consist of 5 primary modules. To obtain the certification, the product must meet all the requirements of one of the 5 primary modules.
To pass the test, the percentage required for real-time malware protection is 92%. Vir.IT eXplorer PRO passed the test obtaining the certification with the highest result, that is 100% real-time protection, thanks also to the Heuristic behavioral technologies Anti-Ransomware protection Crypto-Malware built into it. In fact these technologies are constantly updated to deal with new variants, but also and especially with new families/types of Ransomware/Crypto-Malware. Besides Vir.IT eXplorer PRO obviously met all other requirements of the "Endpoint Anti-Malware Detection" module".
